Data and purposes
The form asks for your name, email, phone if provided, client type, requested service and message. This information is used to handle and answer your request. Do not include sensitive information or tax records in your first message.
The form prepares an email in your email application. It does not send data to a website server: you confirm the send yourself. Once sent, the message is handled by J.S Analytic’s email service and the relevant email providers.
Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to respond and follow up. Where no engagement results, data that is no longer needed must be deleted unless retention is necessary to meet a legal duty or establish legal rights. Retention of client records depends on the engagement, documents and applicable duties. Accounting books and supporting records subject to Article 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations must be kept for ten years from the end of the relevant financial year. This period does not automatically apply to every item in a client file.
Service providers and access
The jsanalytic.ch website is hosted by Infomaniak, which states that data entrusted to it is hosted in Switzerland. The version available on chatgpt.site uses that platform’s infrastructure and is not hosted by Infomaniak. Emails are handled by the relevant email services; their routing depends in particular on the sender’s provider. For information about the providers and processing locations relevant to your exchange, contact compta@jsanalytic.ch.
Technical logs
Hosting providers may record access and error data to operate and secure the website, including IP address, date and time, requested resource and errors. Infomaniak states that access and error logs are kept for at least seven days; this is not a guaranteed maximum. Actual retention depends on the service and its configuration. Logs for the chatgpt.site version are managed by that platform.
Fonts, links and local storage
Cinzel and Inter fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. This connects to Google and transmits technical information needed for the request, including the IP address; processing may take place outside Switzerland. Google Maps opens as an external service only when you click the link; no map is embedded. Animations temporarily use browser session storage for page transitions. The website code adds no analytics tool or advertising cookie.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you may request information about your data and ask for correction or deletion where the conditions are met. Contact us at compta@jsanalytic.ch. A legal retention duty may limit immediate deletion.
People in the European Union
Where the GDPR applies to processing, answering an enquiry and preparing an engagement may be based on pre-contractual steps requested by the individual; performance of an engagement on the contract; and mandatory retention on a legal obligation. Subject to the regulation’s conditions, individuals may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and complain to a competent supervisory authority.
